If your poster fails to generate, arrives corrupted, or clearly does not match the preview you designed, we will regenerate it or refund you in full — your choice.
How to request a refund
Email hello@citylines.art within 14 days of purchase. Include the email address you used at checkout and, if you have it, your order confirmation. We respond within 2 business days.
Digital goods
CityLines posters are personalized digital files generated on demand. By purchasing, you agree that delivery begins immediately; where required by law (e.g. the EU right of withdrawal for digital content), you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge this may waive the statutory withdrawal right once the file has been delivered. Our satisfaction guarantee above applies regardless.

Download links expire after 72 hours. If yours expired before you saved your file, email us — we will re-send a fresh link for free.
